We currently ship worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Preorder items follow different timelines depending on inbound inventory, production, and quality control. Estimated fulfillment windows for preorder products will be communicated on the product page or through store announcements where applicable.
Please note that all shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Preorder Fulfillment
All preorder orders are fulfilled in chronological order of purchase.
If your order includes a preorder item, shipment may be held until all items are ready. In some cases, we may choose to ship available items separately at our discretion.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Applicable duties and import-related costs are built into our pricing using a flat structure designed to remain stable regardless of fluctuations.
For U.S. orders, duty reimbursement is not applicable.
While we aim to keep landed costs predictable, customs procedures, inspections, and other government-related delays may still affect transit times.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated transit times are:
Canada: 5–7 business days
United States: 5–7 business days
International: approximately 10 business days

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using USPS and PostNL, depending on destination and routing requirements.
Carrier selection may vary without notice where needed.
Delays in Transit
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is subject to carrier handling, customs clearance, inspections, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
ThePeloDoctor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, the customer must first contact the carrier directly.
ThePeloDoctor may assist with the claims process where appropriate, but claim outcomes are not guaranteed.
Please note:
Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered
Porch theft or theft after delivery is not covered
Any post-delivery theft-related resolution is the responsibility of the customer and/or carrier
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees and related costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Approved returns after shipment may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with our return policy.
Quality Control
Some products may require additional inspection or testing before dispatch as part of our quality control process. This may occasionally add handling time, but helps ensure products arrive as expected.
