Basically what the title says, video was easy to follow and it was very simple to replace. Shipping was less than a week. Going to use them again as other things need replacing.

The product arrived quickly. Very easy to remove the old hub and replace with the new one thanks to the video on the product page.
Completely my fault but I managed to scratch it by putting the wrong screws into the guard that covers the cadence sensor. It does not affect the performance though but my advice would be to keep the screws with each individual piece you take off the bike.
Good to enjoy a smooth and quiet ride again and will use this company again the next time any components need replacing.

The part arrived as promised and replacement was manageable using the video (I would consider myself moderately "handy"). It's great to not hear that clicking noise anymore!

Quality product, relatively easy to install (watch the video a few times beforehand), and the bike is now whisper quiet in use. Not only is it quieter, but pedaling is now so much smoother that workouts seem easier. Well worth the cost.
